When you submit a scan request or cohort application, we may collect your name, email, optional phone number, company, market, role, website, goals, notes, consent confirmation, page submitted from, browser information, and a limited IP hash used for abuse prevention.
How we use it
We use this information to review your request, prepare or prioritize an AI Visibility Scan, evaluate cohort fit, reply to your inquiry, improve the website, and protect the forms from spam or abuse.
Analytics
The site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic, page performance, and conversion events. Analytics are used to improve the website and pre-launch funnel.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers such as Cloudflare, Google, email providers, analytics providers, or internal automation tools to operate the site and respond to requests.
